ANSWERS
What’s your minimum quantity?
While we would certainly be willing to price quote any quantity you desire, we find that for most items the number that makes the most sense is 1,000 units. This has to do with the costs for film/plates and shipping charges to average out for maximum benefit margins to our clients. However, we will definitely be happy to quote you lower quantities if you desire so that you can make that decision for yourself. Obviously, the more quantity you order, the greater your savings. There’s no cost to request multiple quantity quotes at different quantity price breaks – you’ll be surprised at the results. What kinds of items can you print?

How long will it take to print?
7 – 10 days from the approval of proof is standard printing time range. Most prints occur on or before 7 days, but 10 is typically the unheard of maximum time. Also, because we print in China, weekend and late-night printing press times are common, so their business days are longer than ours. What is the proof process like?
From the time your files are received it takes 1-3 days to generate an approval proof. There are two types of proofs:A digital press proof – This is the standard mock-up printing that will give some indicator of the clipping, trimming, layout pagination, etc. and how saturated your original file may be. This is then sent Global express direct to your door, and once an approval is conveyed from you, printing commences. If edits are required, they are made and a new digital proof may be requested. There is never any extra cost for a digital proof to be generated, however, there is a nominal fee for express mail proofs.
Electronic proof + digital pictures – Several days can be shaved from the process (as well as cost) by utilizing an electronic proof. This will show where the trim and paginations are. Additionally a photograph of the digital press proof is made, and photographs are taken and sent via email. Specifically 3 shots, the front/back cover, the inside front/first page, and the inside back/last page. This is generally good enough to gauge trims and pagination.
