S’mores Skillet Dip: No Campfire Required

Craving the classic taste of s’mores but can't make it to a campfire? You're in luck. This easy recipe brings all the gooey, chocolatey goodness of the traditional treat right into your kitchen. In just a few minutes, you can have a warm, bubbly skillet of melted chocolate and perfectly toasted marshmallows. It’s the perfect dessert for a family night in or a last-minute get-together.
Ingredients
1½ cups chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet or dark chocolate)
Marshmallows (large or mini), enough to cover the top
Graham crackers, for serving
Directions
❶ Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray an 8-inch cast iron skillet (or 8×8 casserole dish) with non-stick cooking spray, and spread chocolate chips on bottom in even layer.
❷ Next, cover with even layer of marshmallows.
❸ Bake 5 to 6 minutes, or until marshmallows are lightly toasted.
❹ Serve warm with graham crackers.
